Through The Window – ಕಿಟಕಿಯಿಂದ ಇಣುಕಿ

Nature had created this window of trees and bamboo leaves at Aditi Gardens, Magarpatta, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Is that a window? The blue sky and those floating clouds! Wow! Is nature telling us to look around? Is she telling us to open the window of our heart so that we can feel the beauty of nature?
ಹೃದಯದ ಕಿಟಕಿ ತೆರೆದು ನೋಡು ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಮನುಜ
ನೀಲಿ ಬಾನು ದಟ್ಟ ಕಾನು ನಡುವೆ ತೇಲುವ ನೀರದ
ನನ್ನೊಳೊಮ್ಮೆ ಇಣುಕಿ ನೋಡು ಮರೆವೆ ನೀನು ಜಗವ, 
ಕಿಟಕಿ ತೆರೆದು ಇಣುಕಿ ನೋಡು ಮರೆವೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಜನುಮ!

ಅರೆ! ಕನ್ನಡ! ಎಷ್ಟು ದಿನ ಕಳೆಯಿತು! ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಆಸೆ ತಡೆಹಿಡಿದು ಎಷ್ಟು ದಿನ ಆಯಿತು! ಅಬ್ಬ! ಇನ್ನೊಮ್ಮೆ ಹೀಗಾಗದಿರಲಿ! ಬೇರೆ ಭಾಷೆ ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಹತ್ತಿರವಿರಲಿ; ಮಾತೃಭಾಷೆಯ ಸೆಳೆತ, ತುಡಿತ, ಆತ್ಮೀಯತೆ ಅಂಥದ್ದು! ಜೈ ಕನ್ನಡ! (ನವೆಂಬರ್ ೧ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬಂದದಕ್ಕಲ್ಲ ಈ ಮಾತು 😀  )
